Welcome to Assembly (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or membership services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Overview

Assembly offers a flexible, subscription-based membership that provides access to participating golf courses, practice facilities, and simulators (“Partner Facilities”) through the use of monthly credits (“Credits”).
Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to renewal. Unused Credits may roll over according to your plan, subject to expiration timelines described at signup.

2. Credits and Facility Redemptions

Credit values and redemption requirements are determined solely by Assembly, based on each Partner Facility’s rack rates, availability, and agreed-upon payout terms. Facilities influence how many credits are required but do not directly set credit values.

Credits:

  • Have no cash value.

  • Are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Must be redeemed in full for each service — credits cannot be split or combined with cash at the facility.

  • Are only redeemable through an active Assembly account.

Assembly may vary credit requirements by facility, day, time, or service type.
Facilities set their own pricing, availability, and offerings, which may affect how many credits are required.

Assembly is not responsible for changes in facility pricing, closures, or availability at Partner Facilities.

3. Facility Relationships

Partner Facilities are independent operators. Assembly does not own, manage, or control these businesses. Each Partner Facility is solely responsible for its services, operations, and safety.
By redeeming Credits, you acknowledge that Assembly is not liable for any issues related to quality, service, or experience at any Partner Facility.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Membership dues are automatically charged each billing cycle to your chosen payment method.

  • You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

  • Assembly may adjust pricing or plan benefits with notice to members.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to misuse the Assembly website, app, or membership system.
Assembly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, and content on this site are the property of Assembly. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assembly is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in activities at Partner Facilities or use of our Services. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
